I had intensions on moving to South Carolina and was looking in purchase in
my son's neighborhood and put my 2 family home on the market.  I had plane
SC to take a look at a house, but much must to my surprise my house sold in
7 days and I was not geeting the best vibrations from my daughter in law
when she stayed at my house the week previous to the sale of my home.

 

My daughter, Katie told me there where a few congos up where she lives.  She
took a look at one that same day & she loved it and I put in an offer in the
same day.  Since it would a cash sale they jumped on my offer and to
hopefully to add a little more insentive and added $20,000 above the asking
price.

 

I now have a 5 room condowhich is larger then my apartment in my house.

 

I have more phone calls, visits, andcontact with mydaughter then I had in
the last 5 years.

 

My daughter works full time from her place every day, except one day a week
as she has to travel that one day down to New York 

City.tickets to go to

Hi. I missed all of this. What made you decide to move? Is your son still in
Connecticut? Are you living with your daughter, or in your placed by
yourself. You will figure out all the logistics. Be patient with yourself.

Not all my belongings here as of yet. I arrived on Sunday and I keep loosing
myself in the condo.  Forget finding any thing, as I panicked Sunday when I
could find the bathroom & I have 2 of them. 

 

I know when I had packing I kinda told my helpers what to put together, but
not doing it myself I didn't put it in the boxes and open them and need to
paw thru it to figure what it is.

 

Most of the furniture has arrived,.  There isn't any phones as when the
installer came to install the internet & phone, I didn't hhave any phones
here yet.

 

I have my computer sitting on my table as my ason told me to buy a new
computer desk and left my old one there.

 

I am feeling really bad, as my kids told me to leave Mara, my dog behind as
they didn't want me having to take her out & wald her.  I have only been out
to walk to the car and door.

 

I got the stair lift installed yesterday.  Really cool.  It starts out with
the chair facing the landing like 2 steps from the door, you sit down and
put down the arms.  You push a button on the arm and the foot rest comes
out, you push the lever to the side and it turns the chair the chair and
moves down the stairs, when it gets to the bottom the chair stops & turns
you toward the door.

 

 

 

My daughter asked me if I needed to do any Christmas shopping, I told her
"no" every is getting money.  I just need to Zell it out!!
