[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Pattern wanted for small knitted flowers

I'm looking for a knitting pattern for small flowers.  I have one for a big
flower I might be able to modify, but it would be simpler to have a pattern
already made.  I just want plain knit-purl, no lace. 

Anyone know of such a pattern?
