I get Cascade from yarn.com. I used to get it at my local yarn store, but sadly it closed. It’s not cheap, but it’s good.
I just finished making a hat from Swish, which is a Knitpicks brand. It’s nice too, though it’s a bit fuzzy so it’s hard to pull out when I’m crocheting and make a mistake.

Hi Tracy, I have heard of the Cascade 220 yarn, I don’t think that I have ever seen it thoug at Walmart, Jo Ann’s or Hobby Lobby or Michaels for that matter. Who carries it please?

My current favorite is Cascade 220, usually worsted. Comes in lots of nice colors, feels nice, and it’s 220 yards, so plenty of yarn.
But right now I’m using Knitpicks Swish, which is also nice, but smaller balls.

Happy I love yarn day to you. All is well. My question is, what is your favorite kind of yarn to use?
It used to be the chunky stuff but now I’ve gotten more comfortable Knitting with everything but the really fine stuff that looks like embroidery floss. Crocheting I’ll stick with the chunky thank you. I don’t really know cause I haven’t been in a fancy yarn shop in eons. Most of mine comes from Walmart or Hobby lobby.
