Thanks Cindy.  Somehow that hadn’t occurred to me.  Silly me.  There are cables every other row, but a plain row in between.  I’ll use one of them.

Run lifelines on any row that doesn't have the twist. Most cable patterns will have 3 or more rows that do not have the twist.
