Dopp Kitt/ Toiletry Bag Pattern Test!


I am currently looking for a several Pattern Testers for my New Toiletry Bag Pattern. The pattern is a rectangular dopp kit style toiletry bag, that includes a zipper which can be hand or machine sewn in place.
​
This is an INTERMEDIATE Crochet Pattern. Pattern is made using linked double crochet stitches and sewing edges together as well as sewing a zipper. The pattern is worked in rows, all in one piece, with wider and narrower sections for shaping. This can all be hand sewn, or you can use a machine to sew the zipper in place.
​

Toiletry Bag Size: ​
(Finished, approximate)

4” tall x 4" wide x 8” long
​
You will need an F/5 3.75 mm crochet hook and approximately:
​200-250 yards of Light/DK 3 weight yarn total. I used King Cole Cottonsmooth (mercerized cotton) for my samples. You can use ANY light/DK 3 for the test - I do recommend using a mercerized cotton, cotton or cotton blend for best results, or a stiffer yarn.
​
Testers will be selected and patterns will be sent on Saturday May 3, so apply now if you are interested! Final photos and notes are due Friday May 9 by the end of the day in CT. Testing period is 7 days (SAT 5/3 - FRI 5/9.)
