Hello,

I just wanted to remind you all to use the accessiblepatternsindex.com site to find accessible patterns. All of the patterns have an accessibility statement that tell you the features of the pattern. Screen reader patterns will have the abbreviations removed and fully written directions.

If you are able to use Ravelry.com, the are quite a few patterns for screen readers as well. Use the search tag "screenreader". If you can use print, the "lowvision" search will bring up patterns in large print with fully written out directions.

Be sure that somewhere in the pattern notes there is an accessibility statement telling you the features of the pattern. We do monitor the patterns on Ravelry, but many people add the search tags in error, and it can take awhile to catch up with them.
