Hi Tracy, congratulations on your hat, and, if you were here today, that hat
would get plenty of breaking in time, it is raining, and, started off as
snow.
Be careful if it is slippery out there with the dog or dogs, and, make sure
that they are safe footed as well.
Can or would you be able to share that hat pattern?

I finished my Tree of Life hat, and I think it's very cool. I made it
purple! It has 2 alternating cable patterns, one a braid, and the other
Tree of Life-wide vee's with a trunk in the center. When the crown narrows
too much for the branches, the trunk continues to reach towards the center,
and the braided cable goes almost the whole way.
I've already put it in my coat pocket, waiting for the next time I have to
take the dogs out in the snow, about an hour from now.
I think there are mistakes in the pattern, but I was able to make it work,
and I'm very happy with the result.
And now I have to pick out a new project.
Tracy
