I bought a roll of Glue Dots from Amazon, after ReNae recommended them.  

It looks like a roll of tape with sticky dots along it.  I used it just now
to glue some magnets back on to a refrigerator magnet, and it was very easy
to do, easier than using actual glue, and no mess at all.
