Melinda, what kind of club are you looking for?  Many states and chapters hold some meetings on zoom, and some states have chapters-at-large.  What state are you in?  Do you know where the nearest chapter is?  Mostly, people go to and/or join chapter near their residence,.  Occasionally, there is a reason to do some different; then chapters-at-large may be a good choice.  If you are not from this country, there may be a division that would be appropriate.
In any case, you are welcome to come in person to our national convention next month.  If you cannot, I urge you to register to attend virtually.  You can do that at nfb.org.  I think you then go to convention registration 2025, but that may not be quite right. If you have other questions about NFB generally, right me offline at walhoframona at gmail.com
