No, it is a brand new home constructed May 2024. My mother and I were
going to buy it to live in and we were so close as in they called
wanting to set a closing date 3 days before she went into the hospital.
It all had to be redone after she passed but short story is that they
were just lazy when they constructed it. There are nail holes and seems
in the the baseboards and door frames that were simply not done. And,
the walls were only primed and not painted. I could not get them to
paint the walls. This is not my first brand new home. I am simply giving
up at this point and hiring someone. The repairs were because a shower
that has never been used developed a leak and the company's on going
thing is everything is on back order. It wasn't fixed for over six
months and caused mold because the water ran out of the shower onto the
floor. walls had to be replaced in the bathroom, on the other side in my
kitchen behind the stove, they had to take out the cabinet next to the
stove, in my pantry they had to create an access panel for the shower
and replace the wall with mold in there also. It is a very sad situation.
