[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Annie's macrame class

Thanks very much to Annie Maxwell for her excellent macrame classes.  We
learned a lot, and have some great projects to work on.  Sadly, the classes
are over, but we have the skills to make some interesting and beautiful
things.
