[NFB-Blind-Crafters] PFB purl front and back

I figured out the pfb, purl front and back.  I think Dixie described it, but
I didn't understand until I actually did it.

Purl the stitch, but don't take the loop off the left needle.  Grab the loop
on the left needle, flip it over and put it back on the left needle.  Purl
the loop.

It's easier than it sounds, though it's hard to see if it's a purl or a knit
afterwards.  I sometimes have to pull out a stitch or 2 and see how many
pfb's I've done since a knit.
