Go to the grocery store and buy small trash can bags, or if you have more energy buy White or black garbage bags. Looks like you do have plastic bags. Sometimes we all need brain storm help from a friend, warm smile.

Hi everyone, it’s Masha and I have a question a long time ago. I need sleeping nuts for homeless people out of old plastic bags. I’d like to do something similar to that but we don’t have plastic bags here in Portland and even if we did, I wasn’t the one who cut them all up and type them together. Does anyone have ideas of some type of waterproof cord? I might be able to use so that I could make them without having to cut anything up myself is anyone has an idea please send it along thanks.
