[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Dealing with freepatterns full of ads

I've been grabbing free patterns off the internet.  All of them have ads,
and often ads that make the screen change regularly and change where I am in
the text. 

My solution is to select a lot of the webpage, copy it to the clipboard,
then paste it into a Notepad file.  I use Windows.  Then I go through the
file and take out all the stuff I don't want.  It takes a little while, but
it doesn't jump around, and I know I want the file on my PC anyway.  It does
take out any links to videos, but I'm not big on videos anyway, and I can
always go back to the webpage if I need to.

How do other people handle patterns on the internet?
