[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Dealing with freepatterns full of ads

If you happen to have access to microsoft word, copy to a blank 
document, open copilot and tell it to remove all ad copy and leave links 
to the tutorial videos.

It might not get everything, but should strip it pretty close. You could 
also add to make the text screenreader friendly.
