Good Morning once again, just like you Becky and I am sure others, I get
questions like "Aren't you blind? How can you do that? I usually just smile
and say something like "Yes, I am, but, my hands or fingers aren't." It
might start up a conversation about blindness or other topics.

Tracy, I am like you I can't just sit still while in a long meeting, or
Bible study, or doctor's office waiting room. I have brought all kinds of
things. From starting an afghan while it is still easy to carry, baby
blankets, hats, scarves, baby dress, granny squares, booties, most anything
I make, smile. I usually get questions, if they aren't on their phones. .
Becky hugging you tightly

The other night I attended a meeting I knew would go on for hours. I have a
hard time sitting in a meeting without something to do with my hands. I
call it constructive fidgeting. But I wanted something simple, so I
wouldn't be distracted from the meeting, and my current project isn't at a
simple phase. So I cast on the start of a hat for charity before I went to
the meeting. Simple, easy to carry, and good to give away when I'm done. I
got quite a bit done during the meeting, too.
Do other people have projects like that to take to meetings? What do you
take?
Tracy
