Hi Tracy, thanks, I'm going with the Seed Stitch like you suggested.

Hi Henry.
I usually use seed stitch for a non-curling edge.
Row 1: knit 1, purl 1 for as many as you want.
Row 2: Purl the knits and knit the purls.
I find at least 5 or 6 stitches on the border are needed to stop it curling.
I think though, if you're working garter stitch in a way that makes your
scarf longer with each row, it wouldn't curl at the edges. I think It would
only curl if you worked it so that it got wider with every row. I could be
wrong, though.

Hi Tracy, congratulations! I will be re starting a Stockinette Stitch scarf
later on today. Do you know how to do a Border for that type of scarf that
won't curl up on me? I was thinking of perhaps the Moss or Seed Stitch for
the borders, but, need a refresher on how to do them, big smile.
I will be casting on 30 stitches. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! BTW, it was raining and snowing here in Md. a little while ago.

It's Successful Saturday! Have you started or finished a project or
achieved a goal? Share it with us and we'll celebrate with you.
I finished the charity hat I was making and handed it off to a person
collecting hats. It may already be keeping someone warmer. Just in time
too; it's gotten really cold again.
I'll talk about my other projects in another email.
Tracy
