I’m happy with the stitch counter you recommended, too. I got 2, a medium-sized one with a sheep, and a larger one with a little dog. I just finished my first project using it, and it worked great.

I ordered the braille knitting needle gauge Dixie told us about, and it came today. It’s really nice! It’s made of metal, and has its own little case. It’s small enough to fit in my circular needle case. It’s nicely labelled in braille.
I’ve wanted a thing like this for a long time, and made a couple myself as best I could, but I used paper labels. They work, but the labels have gotten faint over the years. I’m delighted to have this one.
