You have to sew up a flat hat.

You can knit a flat hat on regular needles or short circulars, like I do.

No double points needed!

Well, I don't know what flat would be. If in the round is on circular
needles, that would be perfect. If flat is back and forth knitting, that is
fine, too.

I'm sort of tired of making scarves, but learned that one of the hospitals
here is in need of baby blankets and hats. I bought ahead on yarn when
Joannes closed and have pastel colors for some baby afghans. But I don't
have a pattern for hats for newborns. Does anybody have some that are not
too complicated? I know some people could go online and find something, but
I am not skilled to do that.

Stay warm!

It's Successful Saturday! Have you started or finished a project, or
achieved a goal? Share it with us and we'll celebrate with you.

I've started my little crochet leprechaun. I've made his body, and I'm
working on his head. I don't like the ears in the pattern, so I'm trying to
make them better, and I'm putting on a nose, too.
