I am making a cover for a Pringles can for someone's knitting needles,

Yay! Isn't it nice when you make up your mind to something and get
rolling?!

I finally settled on a pattern that I am satisfied with for a Dallas Cowboys
scarf that I am making on the total of 24 peg long loom.

It's Successful Saturday! Have you started or finished a project, or
achieved a goal? Share it with us and we'll celebrate with you.

I've made all the pieces of my leprechaun and can start sewing him together,
though I might make him arms so he can hold a pot of gold. The pattern
doesn't have arms, but they should be easy. I could knit them as I-cord,
instead of crocheting.

I also cast on a throw, though I'm cutting down the pattern from being a
whole afghan. The original pattern has a border that's knit separate and
sewn on all around. That sounds like a lot of work. I'm thinking about
what I can just knit on as I go. And figuring out what to leave out when I
shrink the pattern. The perils of deciding not to follow a pattern exactly.
