[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Downloading a pattern from Ravelry

I just bought a pattern from Ravelry, and had a bit of trouble downloading
it. 

I got an email with a link, but, when I hit enter on the link, it took me to
a page that said there was a problem with the link, and told me to "enter
the token".  I looked at the email, but there's no mention of any token.  I
had them send a new link, but that one didn't work either. 

I finally got the pattern from my purchase history.

Does anyone know what this token business is about?  I remember it happening
before, too.  If you got around it, what did you do?

 

There is an image in the email, but all it says to me, using Jaws, is
"image002".  Is the token in the image?
