[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Purl through back loop

I know how to knit through the back loop, but can anyone explain to me how
to purl through back loop?  I've tried, but I can't figure it out. Or is it
too complicated to explain, and I need to get someone to show me?  I know a
very good knitter, but she's not so good at explaining patiently.
