[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Kanak shawl

Yesterday I knew I'd be attending a meeting that would go very long, so I
wrote down the Kanak shawl pattern on a couple braille cards and cast it on.
People at the beginning were amused at this tiny bit of nondescript knitting
on my needles, but by the time the meeting ended 3 and a half hours later I
had a respectable bit done and it was looking like a small shawl.  I got 2
whole pattern repeats done and started on a third. 

It's a nice pattern, very textured, with some eyelets but not a ton.

It's just what I needed-interesting to knit but not too complicated to work
on while paying attention to something else.

I'd have gone nuts if I had to sit in that meeting with nothing in my hands.
