Additionally, someone can call them and add them to a call.  It is like a
3-way call, with the Zoom phone number.

If the call-in information doesn't change, then have her write it down for
future reference. As for patterns, if she has some type or recording device,
she could record the calls. There is only so much you can do to help, unless
one of the participants is willing to braille or type the patterns for her
and send them.
