I designed a beautiful Princess dress and hat for my granddaughter's Minnie
Mouse doll. It is crocheted with Baby Bee yarn, called Bubble Gum. It is
white with flecks of pink, yellow and blue. I had to design this dress to
fit over a dress that is not removable from the doll. She also has large
ears and a big bow on top of her head, that also cannot be removed. I
designed a hat, with a hole in the top, but hugs to the bow and ears, so her
doll could have a hat. My granddaughter loves it! She wore an outfit that
she said is like Minnie's, to school today. She wanted to look like a
princess, as Minnie is. LOL
I am now working on hats with a kitty cat face and ears on them. They will
be for both granddaughters and my daughter-in-law. I wanted to make a hat
with a curled brim, but I don't know how to do that crochet stitch. I don't
even know what it is called to find a pattern. Does anyone know what that
is called, when there is a small curl or roll, at the brim of the hat?
There is no set brim, but this cur/roll makes a tiny brim.

It's Successful Saturday! Have you started or finished a project or
achieved a goal? Share it with us and we'll celebrate with you.
I think our group has achieved a success. All week, people have been coming
up with good ideas for how we can strengthen our group and move forward.
So, everybody, pat yourself on the back. Good job! And, if you have more
ideas, keep them coming.
Tracy
