Hi ,
Tracy, now I’m feeling hungry! ;)
I started knitting again! A simple scarf, seed borders and stockingnett. For right now, I knit about 16 rows a day, three sessions of four rows. My shoulder is still fairly stiff and the hand of that arm is still a bit painful so I’m taking it slow. I’m still on sick leave and started PT this scarf is my fourth variant of the original from the to touch the yarn book. A friend saw the one I made for Suzie and asked for one in the same yarn.. his birthday is January 2, so I will keep working on it for a little while. I don’t know if I will be able to finish it in time but he knows about the injury so he would understand.

I apologies for the typos, I’m still pretty much using dictation

happy Crafting everyone! I missed my needles!

Sonya.

Subject: [NFB-Blind-Crafters] Successful Saturday

It’s Successful Saturday! I know I’ve let it slide for a while, maybe because I don’t feel so successful lately, but I hope others do. Have you started or finished a project or achieved a goal? Share it with us and we’ll celebrate with you.

I guess a success I’ve had is making desserts with fruit from the farmers’ market. I’ve made peach cobbler, plum crisp, and next up will be apple-cinnamon bread.
