Thanks ReNae for the advice about crocheting horns. I did one point-down, and the other base-up, and they’re both similar, though I think the point-down horn was easier to make. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I attached the ears and horns with buttons. Some of the buttons are faux pearl, so my cow will be dressed for the evening. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>When I’m done with my costume, I will remove the ears and horns and create other things to button on, like roses, snowflakes, pinecones, leaves, butterflies … anything that takes my fancy. I think it will be a fun hat. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I’m making an I-cord tail too, and I’m going to put a tassel on the end. Then it’s done!
