Small groups of them get together at announced times. I haven't made one of them yet, but hope to. There is also a crafting group at the senior community where I live and another at my church. So they are plentiful here. <o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'>Most interesting, there is an alpaca farm maybe 40 miles west of Boise, and it offers various tours and lessons. I hope to visit it some time, but I have quite a list of things I want to do. There is a fiddlers festival in a little nearby town in June. A friend told me about it. She’s one of the organizers. It’s a cancer support group, and it meets at a bakery/caf a couple blocks from me. Very convenient. </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=xmsonormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>I really enjoy having a knitting group. It’s fun to knit and chat, and I can be inspired by what other people are making. Sometimes I can help someone, or someone can help me. It’s nice to get out and socialize.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=xmsonormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>I’d be interested to hear how other people find craft groups to join. I found this one through a friend. There used to be 2 at a local yarn store, which sadly closed. I know Terry P and Henry knit at their church.
