Or maybe crocheting a hat with an interesting pattern. Or knitting a simple but interesting hat. Or, I just bought a bundle of amigurumi yarn from Knitpicks, so I might crochet a gnome or leprechaun from patterns I just downloaded. Or, I decided a while back to try knitting with laceweight yarn, and I have a couple interesting shawl patterns I downloaded, so I might tackle that. Yay! And it\u2019s really nice. If we had an Instagram, I\u2019d post a picture. </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>It\u2019s the Lion Brand Tree of Life Cardigan pattern, with some modifications by me. It has 2 intertwined trees on each side of the front, and I added a simpler tree pattern on the upper sleeves. It\u2019s chestnut-colored, a rich reddish-brown. It fits great, and I think it will be cozy. </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>I made it with Knitpicks High Desert Tweed, an all-American-made wool. It\u2019s really nice yarn.
