It’s a free pattern from Lion Brand called Textures Hat. It’s nice, and really easy—just knits and purls, with only 1 row of increases to make. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>It has garter stitch at the bottom, then stockinette, then a band of seed stitch outlined by purl lines and more stockinette. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>The instructions say to gather together like 40 stitches at the end, but I don’t like that, so I’m making more gradual decreases. It’s surprisingly nice, and I have to find someone to give it to. Maybe my sister.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>And I just bought a pattern to crochet a small leprechaun. It will be 5 inches tall.
