Any time you record you must announce that it is being recorded and
that if you choose speak on the recording you are giving consent to
be recorded. This is a legal requirement and nothing to do with the
information being sensitive. This was legally in flux and why NFB
Krafters Division did not record classes.<br>

<div>I agree with Courtney that there should not be a class if no
one shows up. Since we are not talking about sensitive subjects,
I don\u2019t think you need peoples permission to record the class. I
do think you need to let everyone know who is online that it is
being recorded. Zoom also announces that the recording has been
started. That way everyone does know that they are being
recorded. That is just my opinion for what it\u2019s worth.</div>

you. i was thinking that a lot of the classes are too
late in the day for me and maybe someothers to attend.
could we possibly allow audio recordings of classes so
others who cant make the time slots could learn?
someone could put their phone on speaker and test this
out using an audio recorder. victor stream 3 created
good audio recordings this way for something i did
recently. it would then probably need to be uploaded
to drop box.<o:p></o:p></p>

box but there is a way to change the end of every
drop box link so it automatically downloads to the
computer downloads folder when someone activates it.<o:p></o:p></p>
