    Any time you record you must announce that it is being recorded and
    that if you choose speak on the recording you are giving consent to
    be recorded. This is a legal requirement and nothing to do with the
    information being sensitive. This was legally in flux and why NFB
    Krafters Division did not record classes.<br>

                  others who cant make the time slots could learn?

                  out using an audio recorder. victor stream 3 created
                  good audio recordings this way for something i did
                  recently. it would then probably need to be uploaded
