            that no one needs in their life.&nbsp; Perhaps, someone is
            nervous, possibly being newly blind, and are not comfortable

            about the legalities in that everyone should be told that
            the class is being recorded and if you dont want to be
            recorded then you can choose to remain silent. participation
            in the class indicates your consent to be recorded if you

              recording i think you should be given the patterns if you

                you record you must announce that it is being recorded
                and that if you choose speak on the recording you are
                giving consent to be recorded. This is a legal
                requirement and nothing to do with the information being
                sensitive. This was legally in flux and why NFB Krafters

                            attend. could we possibly allow audio
                            recordings of classes so others who cant
                            make the time slots could learn?&nbsp; someone
                            could put their phone on speaker and test
                            this out using an audio recorder. victor
                            stream 3 created good audio recordings this
                            way for something i did recently. it would
                            then probably need to be uploaded to drop
