It was in my backpack, along with my eReader and my lunch. I put the bag on the conveyor belt to be X-rayed and picked it up on the other side of the metal detector, no problem. Thank goodness, too. I got a lot of knitting done, waiting to see if I’d be called.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>I remember Madame Defarge from Tale of Two Cities. Kind of a hero of mine. I occasionally attend town council meetings and knit, of course. I amuse myself by thinking of Madame Defarge, looking out for bad behavior and taking names.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>A friend of mine fought for the right in New Jersey for blind people to serve on juries. We are as competent as anyone else who might serve.
