Terry if you were here I would sew your sweater. The needle goes in one side of the fabric and out the other as close to the sceme as you can. The smaller the stiches the better. I have sewn many a sweater with this technique. You do not need to see to do this. You make a not in the double thread attach your self threading needle in one of the threads.
