Thanks, Susan. The file is in DXB format. I copied the dot locator, for
example, into a print document, and it looks like a period followed by the
equals sign, which is how the PDF version of the rule book has it. Is there
anywhere I can read more about this? Obviously, the braille of the print
version isn't going to look right in braille. I appreciate your and Don's
help so far. I would like to have the book transcribed at the end of July,
into print, if I can. I suppose, the only way to know what the print looks
like is to have a print reader describe to me what they see.

If you have the braille in a brf file in standard ASCII braille you can just
copy and paste the portion you want to have in simulated braille into a
print document and change the font and you will have the right dots.
