[NFB-Braille-Discussion] New List

This is the public discussion list that replaces the NAPUB list.  To 
post to the list, send a message to nfb-braille-discussion at nfbnet.org 
and everyone who is subscribed will get it.

I tried to capture and transfer digest settings for everyone who had 
picked it on the old list -- to the new list and hope I got everybody.
