No, they are geared for those losing their sight and those who don't have much if any sight - both. I have complained that their workshop videos seem that they are more geared to low vision people. I email all the time giving my feedback.

Hadly is now designed mostly for people losing their sight. It feels as if that’s what most agencies are doing. Their entry braille course is definitely geared toward those with considerable sight, and I can’t see how it gives much incentive. The NLS Course is what you really need to take anyway.
