You can't read all BARD books in grade 1 with an e-reader, only those that are brailled uncontracted.  Most of those are children's books.

Thanks for the info! As I already have an Orbit, I honestly didn’t think I needed the NLS eReader. However, if I can read all BARD books in Grade 1 by having one of these, and if such is impossible with an Orbit, I might just have to get my hands on one.

Would you happen to know if both eReaders offered have the feature you mention about DAISY and setting to Grade 1?
