I saw one in the exhibit hall at convention that does a whole page, and is double-sided as well, which sounds like what you're looking for. I'll try to find it. in the meantime, you might look at APH--they might have something.

I use a standard 4-line slate. just turn your paper over. writing will feel kinda weird. as you write on the second side some of the dots won't make the popping sound like they usually do when your writing with a slate but it works fine. I do it all the time.
