I do not know of a full-page option.
The Janus slate provides an index card-sized option: six 19-cell lines on
one side, and five 19-cell lines on the other.
APH's Interpoint slate offers four 28-cell lines, but has "registration
holes" that allow proper placement for interpoint slating.
