Hi Brian,
We did have a seminar on Saturday night with 2 speakers, one man from the
Model A club and one from the Cadilac club, I really enjoy the seminars,
but we have some serious problems, we had kind of sort of a meeting on
Monday night, but there wasn't enough people to have an election. We need
some better organizing and much needed leadership, I don't see much future
in this division if we can't even hold elections, Doctor Mauer did mention
it on Monday morning, but I wished it couldn't have been mention 3 or 4 more
times during the day, I don't think most even know we have a division like
this, there should be mention of the purpose and meaning, its getting like a
rat race every year, Joe did finally get paid back for most of his expenses,
but he has more money due him, I wish the Missouri affiliate could sell
cars, we would probably do better than that, Joe made up some committees and
made me in charge of marketing and Curt in charge of sales what kinds of
cars that will sell good besides the General Lee, I don't think we should
have so much inventory, better to run out than to ship most of it home.
Dave
It is better to give than to receive, the best things come in small
packages.
