We have a 1929 Oakland.  It's been restored and looks very nice.  We have 
some problems with inside door handles falling off, from time to time, and 
we have to get a little knob put back on a window crank.  But, it runs 
great.  It's going to be in a little parade, tomorrow.

Hello Cindy,
I have a 1957 Ford pick up with a 1976 Ford chassis under it and a 1989 351W
V-8 engine. It is for fun not perfection.
I have always enjoyed the classics, the rods and although the really nice
ones are sweet, I like the underdog ones where someone working blue collar
put it all together and uses the vehicle. Hopefully, I will get the electric
done and make some root beer runs with my son this later summer.
