Sunday, November 10th, 2024. This year’s event will be hosted at the
Ambassador Banquet & Conference Center in beautiful Erie, Pennsylvania,
promising an exciting and enriching experience for all attendees.

and invaluable networking opportunities. Whether you’re looking to connect
with fellow blind individuals, gain insights into advocacy, or simply enjoy
the vibrant community we’ve built, this convention is the perfect occasion.

*Date:* Thursday, November 7, 2024 - Sunday, November 10, 2024

*Location:* Ambassador Banquet & Conference Center in Erie, Pennsylvania

*Registration Fee:* $25

There are a variety of meal options during our state convention, including

Lodging Information

This year, you can choose between 4 hotels:

1. Hilton Garden Inn Erie

Room Rate:  $109.00 a night plus tax

2. Courtyard Erie

Room Rate:  $109.00 a night plus tax

3. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Erie

Room Rate:  $99.00 a night plus tax

4. Country Inn & Suites Erie

Room Rate:  $99.00 a night plus tax

Bus Shuttle

We have a shuttle bus picking up people from various cities in
Pennsylvania. Round trip tickets are $120 regardless of age. The bus will
head to Erie, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 and return home
on Sunday, November 10, 2024. Please connect with your Chapter President to
sign up and secure your seat!

The $120 deposit for the bus needs to be paid off in full by Sunday,
September 1, 2024.
