[NFB-Conventions] issues with the #NFB24 app and codes

I registered for the virtual experience and I got a confirmation email.
However, when I try and go to the NFB 24 app and click on the convention
and it says download I do and when I enter my name and email it says I will
get a code to enter. I have tried this three different times over the last
couple of days and I haven't received one in either my inbox or junk mail?
I think I had this problem last year, but can't recall how I resolved it.
