[NFB-Conventions] Transportation from airport to hotel in Orlando

You can book rides up to a week out, so you can call was early as June 25
if you’re flying in on the 2nd. My plan is to book my ride for about an
hour to an hour and a half after my scheduled landing time, since I’ll neee
to plan foe time to get my bags at baggage claim. The only suggestion I
have is to make sure your trip is far enough out to account for this, since
they may not be able to accommodate a late pickup, and it wouldn’t be that
bad to just wait in the airport for your ride to arrive.
When I last traveled to California, the service worked surprisingly well,
so that’s how I’ll be doing it for convention this year.
Hope this clarifies.
Kind Regards,
Andrew Vega
