[NFB-Conventions] Inability to open Zoom links on the virtual experience

Hello, has anyone else had difficulty with opening Zoom links on the convention platform? I’m using an iPhone the 15 Pro Max with the latest iOS. The link is there, but I just cannot activate it, and I’m doing everything I know to do. So was just wondering if anyone had any tips. Thank you,
