[NFB-Conventions] Inability to open Zoom links on the virtual experience

Hi all!
I’m also having problems with the links and just like you, when I got to activate them, I can’t do it because when I double tap on them, nothing happens. I do have two IOS devices I’m working with; an IPhone 16 pro and an IPad Pro. I have not seen any consistency with which link isn’t going to work on what device. I’m also using the virtual experience website just in case nothing works in the app on both devices, which actually did happen with the Preshow banter right before the reselutions committee meeting. I think there is a bug with the app because I’ve always had one device not work with the links offered every single time, without fail. I have also reported this problem to appsupport at nfb.org. I don’t know if they were able to fix it, nor if they even got my last email. I do think the problem is more wide spread than any one has ever figured.
