[NFB-Conventions] Sale on caps

Arkansas still has some of the embroidered caps with the NFB logo on front
and tag line on back.  They come in red, blue or black and all 3 have white
lettering.  We’ve marked them down to $25!  We have them with us at General
Session so we can sell them during breaks.  Get yours before they’re gone!
