Hello, my name is Cindy Garcia and I'm a member on the board of the San antonio Texas Nfb chapter.  I would like to introduce myself as a new member of this list.  I joined this list because I wish to learn more about the deff blind comunity. I am not deff, but I'm ready to learn all I can.  I'm a music major and I hope to teach people of all ages the love of music and about the art of singing. I'm so excited to be on this list.
